Delete Account

EmoPulse users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete Account Request.
Please include the email address or avatar name connected to your EmoPulse account so we can locate and verify the account.
If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you cannot access your account, support may ask for information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Data Deletion
You may also request deletion of personal data associated with your EmoPulse account by emailing [email protected].
Processing and Retention
Deletion requests will be processed as required by applicable law. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction/history integrity, or operational reasons.
