These Terms of Service govern your use of EmoPulse, including the EmoPulse mobile app, website, and related services. By using EmoPulse, you agree to these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You should not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use EmoPulse to engage in abuse, harassment, illegal activity, scraping, reverse engineering, disruption of the service, unauthorized access, or any activity that harms users or EmoPulse. You may not upload offensive, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate avatars or content.

EmoPulse Gameplay

EmoPulse lets users participate in emotional trend and challenge experiences. Features may include challenge participation, predictions and responses, Coins, leaderboards, profile features, results history, transaction/activity history, and feedback tools.

Coins

Coins are virtual in-app points only. Coins have no cash value, are not real money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not represent ownership, stored value, or financial value. EmoPulse may change, reset, adjust, or remove Coins features as part of operating or testing the service.

No Gambling or Real-Money Gaming

EmoPulse does not offer gambling, wagering, cash betting, or real-money gaming. EmoPulse is not a casino, sportsbook, lottery, or financial gaming service.

Rewards and Prizes

Any rewards or prizes, if offered, are future, limited, promotional, or beta features and may be subject to separate rules. EmoPulse does not guarantee prizes, rewards, or cash-equivalent value.

User Content, Profile, and Avatar

You are responsible for profile information, avatar images, or other content you upload or provide. EmoPulse may remove content or restrict accounts if content is inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or violates these Terms.

Beta Features and Changes

EmoPulse features may change, be removed, reset, interrupted, or unavailable during beta testing and ongoing development. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Service Availability

We work to keep EmoPulse available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to EmoPulse if we believe a user has misused the service, violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or harmed service integrity.

Disclaimers

EmoPulse is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EmoPulse and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption arising from your use of EmoPulse.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EmoPulse after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
